In February 2023, I wanted to surprise my daughter with a special get-away for her 21st birthday. Miami, Florida was our destination, but I really needed help organizing all the associated details.

I reached out to Sarin Raj because, frankly, I'm not sure anyone makes travel more enjoyable. In July 2019, Sarin organized a once-in-a-lifetime European vacation which we shared with our best friends. We had never travelled to Europe and didn't know what to expect. From the beginning, Sarin's approach to service considered the range of interests and ages of our group, the countries we wanted to visit, and a timeline that enabled us to feel relaxed. Sarin impressed as attentive, detailed and knowledgeable. All services arranged for us were executed well in advance of when we needed them and every one of Sarin's suggestions of how and where to spend our time were literally perfect.  

I was so delighted to find Sarin's exemplary service continued with our mother-daughter trip to Miami. Sarin booked us into 1Hotel in South Beach, a gorgeous hotel in a premium location known for its commitment to sustainability. Sarin afforded us many choices and suggestions, always attending to what was most important. To our great surprise, Sarin arranged for a room upgrade upon our arrival that included an unobstructed view of the hotel pool and ocean. It was the highlight of our trip! To honor my daughter's birthday, she also organized a gorgeous cake and fruit plate sent to the room, which we enjoyed throughout our stay! In terms of travel to and from hotels and airport, car transportation arrived early and every driver was professional, personable and the cars were immaculate.

Across both holidays -- to Europe as families in 2019, and to Miami last month as a mother-daughter duo, Sarin took care of every foreseeable detail, leaving us to focus on what mattered most, which was enjoying one another while discovering a part of the world not yet seen. Importantly, Sarin's service also included a committed willingness to help out while we were away and we found her to be immediately accessible, and quick to communicate suggestions or solve problems.

The travel service Sarin provides is professional, detailed, highly organized, and prompt. However, what distinguishes Sarin from others in her field is her demonstrated commitment to listening attentively, communicating clearly, asking all the right questions, and affording her clients unlimited opportunity to consult throughout the travel planning process.

From the upfront planning and creative scheduling, purchasing of tickets, organizing tours and drivers, choosing  boutique hotels, and many other details, Sarin thoughtfully put together an itinerary that was personalized to our unique needs.  Once we landed in Spain, Raquel resolved issues with lost luggage and saved us the headache and loss of time on our vacation. Our honeymoon dreams turned into reality! We worked with Sarin to book our honeymoon to Fiji. I was on the fence about using a travel agent or just booking the trip myself. Sarin, we had a wonderful trip to Dublin over the Christmas & New Year’s break. We were treated like VIPs from the moment we stepped out of the airplane, we had a dedicated staff that processed our passports and checked all our luggage – all while we were relaxing in the private suite. The itinerary you chose was exactly what we all wanted – my daughter and her boyfriend had a very enjoyable moment at the Guinness beer place.
